Welcome to Flowbox ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowbox web application and related services available at https://tryflowbox.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using Flowbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. About Flowbox
Flowbox provides an upload files component that users can integrate into their Webflow forms to allow file uploads. The Service is primarily intended for agencies and individuals who build websites using Webflow.
2. Accounts and Authentication
Flowbox uses Webflow OAuth for authentication. When you connect your Webflow account to Flowbox, you grant permission for Flowbox to access limited information from your Webflow profile as authorized by you. Flowbox does not create or store separate user accounts.
3. Personal Data
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service effectively — specifically, name and email address. For details on how we handle this data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use Flowbox only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or copy any part of the Service without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and other materials on Flowbox are the intellectual property of the individual operator ("the Owner"). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the Service without explicit written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
Flowbox integrates with Webflow’s platform and OAuth system. Your use of Webflow is governed by Webflow’s own terms and policies. Flowbox is not responsible for the content, data handling, or security practices of any third-party services.
7. Fees and Payments
Flowbox is currently free to use. No payment, subscription, or refund terms apply at this time. The Owner reserves the right to introduce paid plans or additional features in the future, with notice to users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Flowbox will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowbox and its Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner deemed harmful or unlawful.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Hungary.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
